1. Agreement
By using the Cruizly iOS app or cruizly.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
2. Beta software
Cruizly is currently in beta. Features, data sources, and behavior may change without notice. The app is provided "as is" during beta testing.
3. Not for navigation or official travel decisions
Cruizly is for personal trip planning and entertainment-style tracking only. Ship positions, schedules, weather, and alerts in V1 may be simulated or curated. Do not use Cruizly for safety-critical navigation. Always verify embarkation times, ports, and itinerary changes with your cruise line.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, API, or support channels
- Do not attempt to scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer our services
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content via support forms
5. Intellectual property
Cruizly branding, app design, and site content are owned by the Cruizly project. Cruise line names and ship names are trademarks of their respective owners; Cruizly is not affiliated with or endorsed by any cruise line.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cruizly is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of sailing or tracking information.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site, including travel decisions based on in-app information.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
